Arquivodoc was established in Madeira in 2005 and is a company specialised in the management of documentary storage. Our experience over the years has enabled us to gather the knowledge and requirements needed for this activity. This is important when taken into account with our approach and awareness of current documentary management requirements.

The company was established after realising that many of the companies in Madeira had difficulty in terms of having an appropriate and functional storage facility. The year 2008 was significant for the development of the company and during that year new facilities were acquired. The company moved to larger premises and improved and upgraded its services and security conditions, so as to continue to fulfill the primary objective of Arquivodoc, which is to support and guide clients in the secure custody of their documentation.

In Arquivodoc’s view businesses must minimise their costs, and their resources should be applied to their principal activity, so as to be more competitive and to add value to their operations.
