We have intrusion, fire and flood detectors at our facilities, and in addition we also have video surveillance and security doors in all documentation rooms.

Our software programme and data are protected against unauthorised intrusion through current security technology, thereby ensuring its availability and performance at all times.. The data is also protected by redundancy systems and daily backups. Our infrastructure uses current hardware and software technology.

In relation to the services we provide, all the measures taken ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of all documentation or information whilst in Arquivodoc’s custody.
